Process Workflow

Our process workflow from onboarding a client to delivering final reports, involves several key steps. This process can vary depending on the firm’s size, client needs, and the type of accounting services provided (e.g., tax, audit, bookkeeping, etc.), but the general workflow follows this outline:

1. Client Onboarding

  • Initial Consultation to understand client needs (e.g., audit, tax, bookkeeping).
  • Engagement Letter outlines services, timelines, and fees.
  • Client Information Gathering includes financial records, tax data, and prior reports.
  • System Setup for bookkeeping clients (if needed).

2. Data Collection & Preparation

  • Source Documents like invoices, bank statements, etc., are collected.
  • Review of Prior Work to assess previous accounting or tax submissions.
  • Client Portal is set up for secure document exchange.

3. Processing & Analysis

  • Data Entry & Reconciliation of accounts (e.g., bank, loans, etc.).
  • Journal Entries and adjustments made where necessary.
  • Client Communication for clarification or missing data.
  • Tax Planning provided for tax clients.

4. Reporting & Review

  • Draft Reports/Tax Returns are prepared and sent to the client for feedback.
  • Audit/Review Work (if applicable) ensures compliance and financial accuracy.
  • Client Feedback is incorporated into final adjustments.

5. Final Reporting & Filing

  • Final Reports (financial statements, tax returns, audit reports) are issued.
  • Submission to authorities for tax filings or regulatory bodies for audits.
  • Client Presentation to review findings and discuss key financial metrics.

6. Post-Engagement Follow-up

  • Ongoing Support for client questions or additional advice.
  • Record Retention as per regulatory requirements.
